Port Arthur Holiday Park is your ultimate base for exploring the famed Tasman Peninsula. Located one kilometre north of Port Arthur, it is central to the area’s iconic attractions including the Port Arthur Historic Site. Create a fun educational program by exploring Tasman Peninsula’s unique attractions. Explore the Port Arthur and Coal Mines Historic Sites or get back to nature at the Eaglehawk Neck rock formations or the Remarkable Cave near Port Arthur. Stewarts bay, on the southern side of the park, offers a sheltered beach safe for swimming.
The park is situated on forty acres of lush grounds. Bunkhouse’s for groups sleep up to nine students and each has a fully equipped kitchen as well as reverse cycle air conditioning so they remain cosy even in the coldest winter nights.
Alternatively, you and your students can have a true camping experience by pitching tents on the large grassy sites. Facilities within the park include a modern amenities block, enclosed barbecue shelters, camper’s kitchen and a kiosk. We can help organise your local activities and meals.
